Location: Quincy, MAJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client retention. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, recommend coverage options, and process policy changes.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Assist clients with policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and claims.Analyze client coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Process policy changes, bind coverage, and issue certificates of insurance.Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.Educate clients on policy options, discounts, and risk management strategies.Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.Ensure all documentation and client records are accurate and compliant with company policies.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Qualifications:Experience: 2+ years in personal lines insurance, account management, or customer service.Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required (or ability to obtain).
