Corporate Procurement Manager

An industry-leading global supplier of graphite-based materials is seeking a Corporate Procurement Professional to help execute strategic purchasing, inventory control, and demand planning for materials and consumables. This role will lead a team of procurement specialists and support personnel while ensuring that materials are delivered at optimal cost and quality.Key Responsibilities:Qualify and onboard new suppliers across multiple product lines, including MRO and packagingNegotiate and execute orderscontracts based on demand planning and cost-quality balanceManage inventory for bulk, commodity, and niche raw materialsDevelop and execute S&OP strategies for designated categoriesStreamline procurement processes and drive operational efficiencyLead and participate in corporate-level teams and project groupsWhat We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferredExperience: 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related fieldsCertifications: APICS, LeanSix Sigma preferredTech Skills: ERPMRP system experience requiredSoft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilitiesAdditional Insights:The company is in a growth-focused phase, with expansion through both organic initiatives and acquisitions.This is a global-facing role, requiring international travel (1-2 weeksmonth) to suppliers across Asia, Africa, and Europe.Strategic thinking, supplier relationship management, and innovative sourcing approaches are key to success in this role.
