If you're looking to grow your technical career within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 500 company - let's talk!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform gas engine proactive diagnostic analysis consisting of monitoring field diagnostics, identifying issues, defining action plans, and coordinating validation.NPI program Bill of Materials review with engine systems teams.NPI program CLEAR requirements follow up and coordination.Test, investigate issues, and execute a prioritized work list from lead engineers.Create test plans, execute test plans, document test results, and sharepresent test results.Work with lead engineers to define which field population of engines need proactive diagnostic analysis and define timing the analysis is needed.Create weekly diagnostic summaries and reports for all our active NPI programs.Review these reports with the technical team and lead engineers to define the next steps.Analyze field data, software logic, and calibrations to determine if changes are needed.Perform engine electronic bill of material review and cost, requirements follow up and coordination, as well as summarizing diagnostics for NPI programs. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0-2 years' experience.REQUIRED SKILLS:Previous experience with computer applications and design software related to engineering field.Data analysis and interpretation experience.Ability to troubleshoot issues due to test equipment, engineering tools, harnessing, and bench setups.Proficient in the use of lab test equipment familiarity (scopes, meters, power supplies, etc.), and relative experience with data analysis.Ability to create and execute electronic test plans related to Engine or Power System ECM (electronic control module), software, actuators, sensors, injectors, and harnessing.SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.Team player and detail oriented.Strong documentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time.Adaptability and flexibility.Critical thinking and problem solving.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceVision InsuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offPaid HolidaysPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
