Akkodis is seeking an Project Coordinator for a contract position with a client located Quincy, MA (Hybrid).Pay Range: 35-38HR on W2 The pay rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)Job Types: ContractDETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of the HIX Project.Create PowerPoint presentations with precision and attention to detail.Document and maintain records of weekly meeting minutes and action items. Distribute minutes in a timely manner and upload documents after approval.Coordinate meetings between the HIX Executive Leadership Team (XLT) and business partners.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and writtenverbal communication skills.Maintain accurate meeting attendee lists, meeting dates and calendar invites.Provide calendar management to XLT as requested.Maintain a positive approach and the ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to work efficiently as an individual contributor.Develop effective relationships with team members, vendors, and key stakeholders.Maintain HIX Distribution Lists and meeting invite lists.Enter Facilities and IT Helpdesk tickets and follow up until completion.Submit JIRA tickets for new hires.Crosstrain and serve as backup to HRadministrative team members as needed.Proactively reach out to Supervisor to seek additional work.Other responsibilities as assigned.Must be local to the area and able to commute to the Quincy office as required.Available to work Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Prior administrative or project coordination experience.Ability to assess priorities and remain flexible to meet the team's fortable speaking during team meetings as needed.Follow both verbal and written instructions and ask questions whenever needed.Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with the team and key stakeholdersAbility to maintain accurate records and files.Capable of meeting deadlines and managing emergencies or issue resolution.Understanding of when to escalate issues to supervisor for assistance and resolution.Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as within cross-functional teams, providing relevant administrative services.Team player with a positive attitude and good sense of humorExpert in use of SharePoint, Visio, Adobe, JIRA and MS Office Suite - EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINTBenefits:Equal Opportunity EmployerVeteransDisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
