Your expertise in cash management, treasury systems, and financial analysis will contribute to the success of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a specialized treasury group within our finance department!Overview:The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in the effectiveness of the Treasury Department by working across all disciplines of Treasury Operations and cross functionally to ensure all department requirements and company objectives are met or exceeded. The Senior Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for cash forecasting and cash management, as well as, leveraging banking relationships to identify and implement enhanced business processes. Furthermore, the Senior Treasury Analyst will support the field organization with their treasury needs, including due diligence of potential acquisition targets and be a member of the acquisition integration team.Responsibilities:Proficient in all functions of treasury cash management system, utilizing it to set daily cash position, initiate debt principle and interest payments, interface to general ledger and to accurately analyze and report on cash balances and liquidityForecast shorter-term cash and liquidity needs and manages credit facility and investment balancesExecute short-term debt and investment transactionsManage and maintain banking account structure, including the administration of bank accounts, credit cards, and online systemsManage trust, escrow and investment accountsSupport preparation of monthly and quarterly accruals, analysis and reports and SEC filings including 10Q and 10K filing, collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of informationBuild value-enhancing relationships with major financial institutionsIdentify and implement strategies to optimize the company's working capital and cash management related processesProvide treasury support to company's field operations, corporate departments and acquisitiondivestiture activitiesComplete ad hoc analysis and special projectsQualifications:5 years of experience in treasury, or similar data analytical roles3+ years of experience in cash and liquidity management, financial analysis, risk management and treasury operations and controls and payment systems preferredCCM or CTP certification preferredExperience with treasury workstation technology, cashtreasury management products and regulationsProficiency in ExcelPay:$45 hrLocation:REMOTE WFHMUST be currently local to PHX metro areaSchedule:Monday - Friday8:00 am - 5:00 pm------------TalentBridge -- Connecting People with Their PurposeAs one of the nation's leading professional recruiting companies, TalentBridge successfully places thousands of candidates in their dream jobs every year.At TalentBridge, we're passionate about connecting people with their purpose, and we go above and beyond to be the trusted partner to the people we serve.
