The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ISO compliance, with expertise in ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, and lead auditor training.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring ISO compliance and managing quality assurance dustries within Metal FabMetal PlatingLeading continuous improvement initiatives and driving root cause analysis for productprocess issues.Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical analysis to optimize quality and efficiency.Managing MRP systems, with SAP experience preferred.Providing exceptional leadership to quality teams, fostering a culture of excellence and municating effectively across all levels of the organization to resolve quality issues and improve processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and lead teams to achieve high-quality production standards.
