Customer Service Rep Location: Tucker, Georgia 30084Duration: 13 weeksShift Details: Monday - Friday: 12:30pm - 8:30pmJOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we meet our commitments and delight our customers at every stage of the experience.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist customers and business partners via telephone and emailHandle customer complaints in a calm, professional mannerDiagnoses, assess, and resolve problems or issuesMonitor progress of delivery routesScan haul-away pods and verify stampsProcess changes or cancellations to delivery ordersQUALIFICATIONSAt a minimum, you'll need:Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.It'd be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalent1-year related experience preferably within a call center environmentStrong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issuesSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectationsCategory Code: JN003
