James F. Aspell P.C., a very busy workers compensation and Social Security Disability law firm is currently seeking a warm, caring professional and detail-oriented legal assistant SpecialistReceptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. You will spend your day largely on the phone, scheduling appointments, obtaining information as well providing support to new and existing clients. Additionally, you will be supporting 2 attorneys and 3 paralegals with medical records requests, and overflow transcription.Additional duties to include providing necessary administrative support to ensure our office operations run efficiently including administrative tasks as needed including filing, faxing, and assisting the lawyers and paralegals on an as needed. This is a very "hands on" position and we need a client-focused candidate who has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a legal setting.Key Tasks Include:· immediate outgoing self starter.
