Client Relationship Manager (CRM)Territory: Southern California Region (Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County)About Us A trusted leader in environmental consulting, specializing in asbestos, lead, mold, and industrial hygiene services. We work with property managers, restoration companies, insurance companies, contractors, municipalities, and government agencies to deliver fast, reliable testing and consulting services.The RoleWe are seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to maintain and grow our existing client base while also supporting marketing efforts. This role is focused on building strong relationships, ensuring client retention, managing marketing supplies and events, and supporting marketing-related administrative tasks in the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County regions.Responsibilities:* Manage existing client relationships by regularly visiting clients, checking in, and ensuring they continue to use services.* Identify opportunities for additional services by educating clients on our offerings and seeking new business within their networks.* Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen long-term client partnerships and ensure seamless service.* Manage marketing supplies and materials to ensure Account Executives and field teams have the necessary promotional resources.* Coordinate and support industry events and networking opportunities, including trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored functions.* Handle marketing administrative duties, such as tracking promotional inventory, organizing event logistics, and managing vendor relationships.* Maintain detailed client and marketing records by logging activities, client notes, and event participation into Zoho CRM.Qualifications:* Experience in client management, account retention, marketing coordination, or sales support.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.* Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track client needs, marketing inventory, and event logistics.* Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining a consistent client visit and event schedule.* Comfortable attending networking events and representing company at industry functions.Benefits:* Competitive salary* 401(k) with company contribution* Medical benefits* Company vehicle for client visits* Laptop provided* Mileage reimbursement for any personal vehicle use* Opportunities for growth within company's sales and marketing team* Supportive team environment with ongoing trainingIf you have a relationship-building mindset, strong organizational skills, and an interest in marketing, we encourage you to apply.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
