Roklyn Consulting is the exclusive recruiting firm partnering with the employer to hire a Senior Trust Officer. The Senior Trust Officer plays a critical role in providing high-quality trust and estate administration services. This position requires a strong understanding of trust and estate law, fiduciary responsibilities, and excellent customer service skills. The Senior Trust Administration Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to beneficiaries and other stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of trust accounts, including reviewing and approving distributions, investment transactions, and other account activity.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including state and federal laws governing trusts and estates.Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and other regulatory filings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all trust accounts.Provide excellent customer service to beneficiaries, trustees, and other stakeholders.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to trust administration.Assist in the preparation of trust accountings and other reports.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trust administration.Work collaboratively with other departments within the bank, such as investments, legal, and compliance.Stay abreast of changes in trust and estate law and regulations.May supervise and mentor junior trust administration officers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience in trust and estate administration.Strong understanding of trust and estate law, fiduciary responsibilities, and applicable regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Professional designations such as CTFA are a plus.Stay abreast of changes in trust and estate law and regulations.May supervise and mentor junior trust administration officers.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance401k with employer contributionEducational Assistance ProgramVacation days, sick leave, and holidaysMental Health Support ProgramEmployee discountsIf you do not match all the requirements of the role, please still apply.Do not worry about submitting a cover letter!If you have any questions about the position please reach out to Darci directly at is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
