Senior Program Manager Purpose: The Senior Program Manager will oversee and handle the operational aspects of all ongoing sales projects and field issues. Candidates being considered will need to demonstrate their skills with PM tools for project controls and possess extensive technical and project management experience with various design as well as design-build (or EPC) projects with an exceptional track record of successful execution. Serving as liaison among sales account managers, external customers, engineering, supply chain and production. We seek a professional who provides strategic vision, the ability to manage projects in accordance with timelines, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. Strong knowledge of stakeholder analysis and engagement will help deliver business results to the clients. This position will work with but not limited to the Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, Production and Operations team. Duties & Responsibilities: Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projectsManages corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problemsProvides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives.Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.Adhere to internal and external quality standards.Monitor and report on the status of project requirements and milestones Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.Defines andor Refine the scope of the project to be conducted.Assembles and leads project team.Assigns individual responsibilities.Identifies appropriate resources.Coordinate across multiple teams to solve problems as they arise.Support select programs and accounts as needs arise, including tracking and reporting progress, preparing presentation materials, etc.Create and utilize reporting and business case analytics to track and illustrate progress towards contract fulfillment.Represent Sales Operations in planning meetings, when neededMay gain some supervisory responsibilitiesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or substantial technical experience in power products requiredPMP or PMI Certification strongly preferred 8+ years of projectprogram management (10+ years strongly preferred)Advanced excel skillsDemonstrated customer-facing experience that has delivered resultsAbility to lead cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgencyManages multiple projects of all sizes simultaneouslyProactive communication style (verbal and written), with strong presentation and leadership skillsExcellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulnessStrong planning, interpersonal, decision making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adeptly manage relationships from a distance, internally and externallyExperience leading agile projectsStrong financial knowledge and practical business acumen.Track record of positively and effectively leading people through changeBenefits Holiday Pay Vacation and Sick Paid Time OffMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance Company Match, 401(k) Retirement Plan Opportunity to grow and develop Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
