Position: Manufacturing Associate - Entry LevelLocation: Coventry RI 02816Duration: 6-12 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Shift: Monday- Thursday (5.00 AM-3.30 PM)Pay rate: $20hr. to $30hr. Your commitment to excellence and continuous improvement not only impacts the organization's success but also inspires others to strive for greatness.Your role is essential in shaping the organization's reputation and future, and your efforts are truly valued and appreciated.Job Duties: Perform the production and assembly of various products and partsTest the products to ensure they meet specified requirements and document the processing conditionsAdhere to production guidelines and specifications.Keep accurate records of production and report any discrepanciesQualifications: Working knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products or other processingfabrication equipment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programsEducation: High school diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work standAbility to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shiftExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and toolsFlexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasksGood vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defectsAbility to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issuesWillingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when neededTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
