This position will manage and gauge customer relationships and satisfaction for our non-automotive accounts. You will be working to ensure an exceptional customer experience. In addition to managing existing client relationships, you will also help establish new business relationships within the accounts that you are responsible for handling.Job Duties:Conduct customer calls to facilitate growth and maintain existing relationships.Travel to various customer sites across the U.S. to ensure engagement, relationships, customer satisfaction, and damage control.Work with plant based customers to help them understand our program value and get their feedback.Participation, coordination, and leadership at industry events such as trade shows.Leading various internal customer initiatives and solving complex problems so that AH Group can more effectively service our customers.Leading continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate wasteCollaborate with multiple departments and management teams internally and externally to increase service level and customer satisfaction.Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree andor comparable AH Group work experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communicationExcellent presentation skillsRelationship building and maintaining skillsYOU MAY ALSO HAVEStrong strategic thinking abilitiesProven success managing customer or supplier relationships.Ability to impact and influence customers at any level throughout the decision-making processROLE SPECIFICSTravel - overnight travel required (10-12 nights per month).
