OnePIN® is headquartered in Massachusetts with offices around the globe. the Position:As the Chief Financial Officer at OnePIN®, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, ensuring that our financial operations align with our business objectives and support our continued growth in the global market. Your expertise in international finance and venture-backed environments will be crucial in navigating the complexities of our expanding footprint. This is an on-site position. Position DescriptionOnePIN®, a twenty-two-year old venture-backed company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our rapidly growing organization. This leader will oversee all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic insights to drive business decisions and support our international expansion. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions including guidance on establishing local entities within foreign countries.Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Manage the external audit and provide guidance to finance team on new accounting pronouncements and how best to implement these requirements.Budgeting & ForecastingDevelop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with company goals.Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.Tax Planning & ComplianceOversee tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant US and international tax laws and regulations.Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.Strategic PlanningCollaborate with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives.Risk ManagementIdentify and assess financial risks related to international operations and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and profitability.Ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard financial integrity.Manage business insurance program to safeguard and protect the company and its assets.Ability to negotiate contracts with Mobile Operators, Resellers, and Service Providers in conjunction with the senior management and operations vestor RelationsManage relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and other financial stakeholders.Prepare financial information and reports for investor meetings and funding rounds.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure the finance department operates efficiently and effectively to support company objectives.
