Production Supervisor

-Full time, 2nd shift position. Hours 2pm-10:30pm with occasional OT as needed. Should be able to work overtime when needed.- Metatarsals required from day oneDESCRIPTION OF POSITION:- Supervisor- Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them. About 90% of the time- Maintenance engineer - will help troubleshoot electricalmechanical issues within machining centers - 10% of the time- Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.- Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:-SAP experience- Experience with unionsmaintenancesafety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred-Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics)- Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.- Experience with leadingsupporting preventive maintenance program.
