Business Development Rep - Technology Our client is a leader that provides analytics and technological solutions within a niche industry. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Rep responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads and identifying new business opportunities. Seeking candidates that are extremely driven by success, with the ability and acumen to represent the clients products and a strong ability for outbound prospecting activities. Role MUST report to an office. Responsibilities:Prospectgenerate leads via outbound communicationSet appointments to present demos on available productssolutionsBuild a strong pipeline, overcome objections, negotiate and close new businessKeep well-informed of available productsservices and solutions, educating clientsGain knowledge of prospective clients' needs and articulate the value proposition of solutions and productsIdentify business opportunities through cold calling and collaboration w sales team to uncover leadsNew Business development; develop new clients and relationshipsEstablish and build client relationshipsMaintain CRM database, update with activitySupport Sales team with sales campaigns and strategies for lead generationRequirements: Bachelor's Degree preferredMin. 1-2+ year Sales andor Business Development experience within SaaS preferredResponsible for sales and achieving revenue goals set by managementExperience prospecting and closing dealsStrong organizational and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills, Ability to multi-task and prioritizeProficient in Microsoft Office, CRMMinimal travel requiredOffering:Base Salary up to $55,000 (based on experience)Year 1 @ plan $70,000 - $75,000Great Training, Advancement OpportunitiesBenefits PackageDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
