As part of the Business Development team and reporting to the VP of Enterprise Business Development you will be responsible for winning and growing new enterprise-level clients. You will work closely with Motion's enterprise delivery ecosystem to ensure the accomplishment of all contract line KPIs and goals both internally & externally. Partnering with Motion's Field leadership, you will execute on lead generation campaigns to win new enterprise logos, MSP accounts, and grow client portfolio this individual contributor role, you will be a sales leader and Enterprise market SME within your geographic region.100% HYBRID ROLE (must sit within the San Francisco, CA area) *Initially spend more time in the office to build relationships with the core group, then more hybrid takes effect. *Travel-mainly local day trips..if clients outside your region then overnight travel is expected Work Life Balance15 days vacationsick time in the 1st year, 18 days in year 1-2, 20 days in year 3-5 ad more as your service years increaseAccess to our United Healthcare Medical, Dental, Vision plans (30 days after start date)401K (no match-discretionary)Mainly local sales visits within your areaStrong Base Salary & Monthly Commission$100,000-130,000yearQuarterly bonus based on new logo GP revenue (10% for 18 months)Quarterly bonus after the 18 months kicks in based on GP year over year growth of the account which is supported by the deliveryaccount teamsQuarterly bonus based GP growth on the existing portfolio of accounts*As an idea, an attainable year 1 commission would be $40-55K, year 2 would be $80-$100K, year 3+ would be $100K-200K+*If coming from a current firm a bridge could be made available as wellResponsibilitiesExecute new business development activities including lead generation strategies, outbound client meetings and calls to build relationships and win new enterprise level I.T. staffing programs (minimum threshold $10 million revenue accounts)Responsible for driving growth, increasing revenue, and managing overall success for assigned existing accountsConduct client presentations, provide market analysis, and sell Motion differentiators to prospective buyers of IT staffing services.Build strong relationships with decision-makers, champions & influencers within the MSP, Procurement, VPC-Level IT communities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM.Pursue Field recruiter leads that escalate to enterprise account status.Help develop new marketing strategies for the contracting business line & respond to RFPs.Attend local and national networking events, conferences, and trade shows.Provide forecasting and report on sales pipeline opportunities. (MonthlyQuarterly)Assist in negotiating SOW and contract MSA terms for enterprise accountsAssist in sponsorship of regional VMSMSP programs.Ensure client KPI's are being met in excited in partnership with Motion's enterprise delivery ecosystem.Conduct and attend client QBR's.Assist Account Executives in expansion opportunities within existing accounts.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)4-8 years' experience in staffing, preferably IT, with increased responsibility and demonstrated success winning andor growing MSP Enterprise level accounts.Experience working in a fast paced, competitive, goals-oriented environment.Experience selling into MSP's, Procurement andor VPC - level stakeholders.Experience navigating complex org charts and multi-threading relationships to identify and influence key stakeholders.Experience or strong knowledge of various Vendor Management Systems (VMS)Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales goals and delivering results.Ability to travel as needed for client events and meetings (monthly).#SETT_AE#LI-DNI
