Schultz, located in Kansas City metro area, is aggressively searching for a great Heat Trace Sales Representative. A W Schultz has been helping industrial customers with their heat trace needs for over 20 years, supplying design, control, and piping solutions. Our current, and very successful, Heat Trace Salesperson is retiring and we need someone to take over and grow the account base that he has spent the last 12 years building. Our sales representative would work with our current base of customers along with growing this existing base.   We are pursuing a Sales Representative who has experience in Industrial sales, preferably with 5+ years of sales success, You should be adept in prospecting and helping customers through a sales process, as well as managing large and medium accounts. You should also be skilled in maintaining relationships and retaining customers. We offer you great training and support, a loyal customer base to offer referrals and testimonials and the support of management to drive our growth in an entrepreneurial environment. Does this sound like you? If so, you should bring:·       5 years' successful sales experience in a B2B industrial environment.·       Understanding of MS Office programs and CRM. ·       Excellent written and verbal communications skills.·       Excellent prospecting ability and new-client sales.·       Excellent account management skills.·       Strong ability to sell in person and via telephone and email.·       Some overnight travel is possible.We'll provide:·       A competitive compensation package including a $85-95,000 annual salary range, plus commissions. Our present (and retiring) Heat Trace Salesperson made over $130,000 last year!·       Training to help you acclimate to the industry.·       Customer service to back you with your customers.·       A close-knit, entrepreneurial environment.
