You thrive in environments where innovation and agility are key, and you're passionate about using technology to expand access to quality healthcare.Job Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for driving all aspects of engineering across application development, dataanalytics, integration, and quality; direct and oversee internal and outsourced engineering teams for optimal on-time and under-budget delivery.Design and build an integration engine that operates like a "power-strip" with internal and external systems and data sources - seamless data sharing and robust governance in tandem with robust information management and business intelligence delivery within our environment. Implement agile processes and delivery schedules to meet team performance metrics.Collaborate with stakeholders to establish technical and features roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives, from design to release.Manage development of data-driven insights and business intelligence tools to support informed decision-making.Oversee engineering teams, project workflows, hiring and training new team members. Manage external technical resources. Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and technical documentation. Oversee the evaluation of business needs, defining functional requirements, technical specifications, and coding of secure, efficient solutions and enhancements.Establish and maintain software quality standards, perform functionality testing, and monitor performance across systems.Act as the primary contact for software-related items.Facilitate testing and debugging for system integration among firmware, software, and related components.Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Product & Technology Officer at his discretion from time to time.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong customer-service orientation.Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive strategic direction.Strong planning and project management skills.Strong technical expertise, including advanced knowledge of modern development productivity tools, including GitHub, CICD concepts and workflows.Solid expertise and DevOps discipline in all aspects of the ask - leading app development, information management & business intelligence, and systemsdata integration.Solid experience in Databricks or like technologyTelerik Suite knowledge would be highly beneficial.Experience with C# and .NET technologies; Angular and TypeScript; Azure and AWS Cloud Services, and agile development concepts.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Must be able to thrive in a changing environment.
