Must-Haves:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Optics, Software, or related field).Experience: 2-5 years in application engineering, technical support, or R&D, preferably in AR, wearable tech, or hardware industries.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AR technologies, smart glasses, and nanoimprinting munication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal mercial Acumen: Experience in customer-facing roles, balancing technical depth with business needs.Problem-Solving: A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for identifying and resolving challenges.Collaboration: A hands-on approach to hardwaresoftware integration, thriving in a team-oriented environment.Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese to operate effectively in an international setting.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in optical systems, displays, or high-tech manufacturing.Familiarity with hardwaresoftware troubleshooting.Knowledge of process validation and quality control in tech industries.A Message From Your Future Manager"This role is for someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty, take ownership, and drive solutions from concept to reality.
