They are seeking an experienced Insurance Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, working closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and field teams to ensure high-quality execution from mitigation to final restoration.Key Responsibilities✔ Manage multiple reconstruction projects ensuring compliance with approved insurance scopes.✔ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress.✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance representatives, and subcontractors.✔ Oversee all phases of construction and restoration, including mitigation, structural repairs, and finishing work.✔ Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance.✔ Manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and process change orders as needed.✔ Resolve project issues, including discrepancies in insurance scopes and unforeseen challenges.✔ Ensure local building codes, safety regulations, and insurance compliance.✔ Leverage industry relationships to increase workflow and expand project opportunities.Must-Have Qualifications✔ 5+ years of project management experience in construction, reconstruction, or insurance restoration.✔ Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and experience working with adjusters.✔ Experience managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.✔ Proficiency in Xactimate (REQUIRED) and project management tools.✔ Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.✔ Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, insurance estimates, and project specs.✔ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Washington.Preferred Qualifications✔ Experience in disaster restoration (water, fire, or mold remediation).✔ Knowledge of cost estimating, value engineering, and budget management.This is an exciting career opportunity for a results-driven project manager with insurance restoration expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact role. 🚧
