Job Description:Our Fortune 100 Telecom client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Service Transformation team, which is focused on enhancing customer operations through various programs. A typical day involves creating and updating project plans, following up to ensure tasks stay on track, and reporting status updates. This role offers a great opportunity to build project management skills and contribute to impactful customer-focused initiatives. Minimal Qualifications:Ability to create and maintain project plans.Understand the SDLC approach and the high-level activities. Technical understanding will be a plus but not mandatory.Ability to articulate project progress effectively and highlight concerns with potential mitigations in a timely manner.Able to manage assigned work with minimal support.Able to work in a team setting and liaise with multiple stakeholders and technical teams (if required)Responsibilities: Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
