Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Akkodis is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Service Agent Level 2 with a client located in Plymouth MI. Looking for someone with Previous Automotive Diagnostic experience.Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Must be able to work 100% onsite in Plymouth for at least 3 months. After they are trained, they can go to a hybrid schedule which is 2 days a week in the office.Schedule of Shift Hours: (can pick any)Mon - Fri 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm EST Tues - Sat 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm EST Tues - Sat 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST They need to cover hours Monday - Saturday. Comfortable working on occasional Saturdays.JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibilities this person will have:This is a Chat only role.No phone calls. Not looking for the quickest people.Need someone that focuses on quality and not quantity.They must deliver solid customer service.They will be working through a chat bot to help recalibrate light and camera sensors on the windshield.It will be a manual process to build all tickets.Level 2 Agents: Pay rate: $25hr - $30hr ((The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Previous Automotive Diagnostic experience.
