Your Role: Senior Account ManagerAs a Senior Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for our high-value clients, ensuring their fulfillment needs are met with precision and excellence. You'll work closely with internal teams to provide solutions, drive account growth, and deliver an outstanding client experience that strengthens long-term partnerships. What You'll Do:Own Client Relationships - Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, providing strategic guidance and world-class customer service.Drive Account Growth - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client business and increase revenue.Ensure Performance Excellence - Monitor account activity, analyze trends, and proactively address challenges before they arise.Collaborate Across Teams - Work with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless fulfillment and top-tier service delivery.Lead Client Strategy Meetings - Provide insights, performance metrics, and growth recommendations to enhance client success.Stay Ahead of the Industry - Keep up with eCommerce, logistics, and fulfillment trends to position ShipOffers as a trusted industry leader.Maintain Client Satisfaction - Ensure high retention and loyalty by consistently exceeding client expectations. What We're Looking For:Experience & Expertise - 5+ years in account management or customer success, preferably in logistics, eCommerce, or fulfillment.Strong Communicator - Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage and exceed client expectations.Results-Driven Mindset - Proven track record of managing multiple accounts, solving problems, and driving client success.Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed dustry Knowledge - Familiarity with eCommerce, direct response marketing, fulfillment, and shipping operations is a big plus!Proactive & Organized - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying one step ahead.Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
