Do you want to play a pivotal role in delivering state-of-the-art Data Center facilities?Our client, a top 10 ENR general contractor and a market leader in Data Center construction, is expanding operations in Virginia.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Development• Build and lead high-performance teams through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct timely employee evaluations• Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and professional growth• Drive positive organizational change and innovationProject Management & Operations• Oversee master project scheduling, implementation, and updates• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and analysis• Lead quality assurancequality control programs• Collaborate with preconstruction teams during project development• Supervise field operations, engineering processes, and safety protocols• Ensure compliance with insurance, labor relations, and employee relations requirements• Coordinate with Finance team on payment applications and collections• Deliver regular project updates through Operations Review MeetingsRequired Qualifications:• 10+ years relevant experience (or equivalent combination) Data Center Experience Desirable• Comprehensive knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, and engineering• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management• Advanced presentation and communication skills
