We are seeking talented and experienced technical personnel to join our Automation Division!The After Sales Account Manager is the main point of contact between Interlake Mecalux and our customers with Automated Interlake Mecalux Solutions. This role is the next link in the chain after the installation of our system is complete and the guarantee (After Sales) period starts. From covering guaranteed repairs to taking care of maintenance contracts sold to customers after the guarantee period ends, this role ensures customer satisfaction during the complete life cycle of our automated installations.Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Build and maintain strategic relationships with current clients to accurately assess potential automation needs relative to the characteristics of their businessEffectively communicate information about additional automation products and services (spare parts, service audits, maintenance contracts) to clients' appropriate decision makersServe as a principal customer contact and interface with internal resources to address and resolve productservice concerns.Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, including scope of supply, system functionalities and specifications along with competitive evaluations to parent company for review and approvalAssist in the development of technical material, cost estimates, project and system handling concepts based on client needs and Interlake Mecalux proposal documentationTravel to customers' sites across the US to conduct on-site evaluation of all automated solutions equipmentProvide feedback to Management and Parent Company to facilitate R&D efforts and new product development in support of the US market needs.Enter and update leads, quotes, and orders in the company's CRM software, CIM.
