We will achieve this by focusing on our core values; Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as TERESTED APPLICANTS: This position requires you to have served as a District Manager, Area Manager, area director, Director of Operations, or similar role in a quick service restaurant brand with a drive-thru for at least three years (Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Arby's, Sonic, KFC highly desired).Requires 75% travel between five to eight restaurants in a single geographic area.Area Director:Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + competitive bonus structure + travel allowance + cell phone allowance.Quality is our Recipe here at Wendy's. You will focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations, including the cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
