Job Description: Vice President of Revenue About Hinchliffe Sports PartnersHinchliffe Sports Partners is a dynamic and innovative sports organization committed to building world-class soccer teams. We are excited to announce the launch of our men's team in USL League One in 2026 and our women's team in 2027 (league to be determined). We are seeking a passionate and experienced Vice President of Revenue to lead our revenue generating departments.Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Revenue is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive sustainable growth for the organization. This role will oversee all revenue-generating activities, including partnerships, sponsorships, ticketing, box office and merchandise.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy· Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the organization's overall business plan· Develop three-, five- and ten-year plans for growth of the revenue departments for both the men's and women's teams· Adapt to changing market conditions and innovate new revenue streams· Use data and analytics to optimize revenue strategies and measure performancePartnership and Sponsorship Sales· Lead the sales team to identify, cultivate, and close sponsorship deals across all values and categories· Develop sales presentations for all levels of sponsorship programs· Represent the club with local business organizations and chambers to cultivate new leads and to maintain existing partnershipsTicketing and Box Office · Oversee all aspects of ticketing operations, including season ticket sales, group sales, single-game sales, and premium seating· Manage the contract with the ticketing platform including the selection process for our new vendor· Lead the implementation and execution of our ticketing membership program· Develop and implement a top tier match day experience including customer service initiativesMerchandise and Licensing· Manage the organization's merchandise business, including product development, distribution, and sales· Oversee the work product of any consultants andor vendors· Interface with USL on all league wide licensing deals Qualifications:· Seven+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets· Five+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, managing and mentoring a team· Established business network in New Jersey is a must· Strong leadership and management skills including the ability to recruit, hire and develop a high-performing revenue team· Excellent communication and negotiation skills· Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a bonus· Deep understanding of the sports business landscape and industry trends· Strong financial acumen and analytical skills· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines· Current Passaic County, NJ resident preferredSalary Range = $130,000 to $170,000 plus commissionThe information provided in this job description is intended to convey the general nature and scope of the position and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, or qualifications.
