CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking dependable and reliable candidates for our Seasonal MarinaRental Coordinator position! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our full-service boat and personal watercraft rentals on Lake Allatoona. The position requires weekend and holiday availability from May to October. Pay range is $21-$24 per hour, based on experience.Summer hours are Thursday-Monday from 8:30 am-7:30 pm with a mid-day break. Days off are Tuesday and Wednesday. Applicants are encouraged to apply if you have interest and can work mornings or evenings only as well.Desired BackgroundSkills:• Minimum 2 years of experience operating vessels• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience• Knowledge of safe operation, maintenance, and docking of various water vessels• Familiarity with maritime laws and regulations• Prior marina work or boat ownership required• Must be able to swim• If not currently certified, must complete an online NASBLA Boater Safety Course• Must be 21 or olderJob Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of the boatPWC rental fleet• Assist boaters during departure and arrival, including inspection and data entry via our reservation system• Clean, inspect, and report on fleet condition to management• Assist with special events outside normal operating hours• Provide exceptional guest service and support to employees• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed• Complete company-sponsored safe boating training to obtain NSBC instructor certification• Conduct on-water training for employees• Communicate regularly with management about operational concerns• Resolve problems and complaints professionally and efficientlyKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication skillsWeekend and holiday availability required (typical days off: Tuesday and Wednesday)Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, reach, lift, push, and twist repeatedlyAbility to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to interact with guests via text and email to confirm reservations and address questionsconcernsAbility to dock and pull in boats up to 24' in lengthSufficient mobility to perform tasks within established service timeframesAbility to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policiesMust be 21 or olderMust have successfully completed a Boater Education Course (provide certification card)Must have a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and sun exposure.Benefits Include:• Weekly pay• Medical Insurance• Dental Coverage• Vision Coverage• Life Insurance• Accident Insurance• Behavioral Health Discounted ServicesDon't miss out on this fantastic seasonal opportunity - apply today!
