We are looking for a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team.Job Description: As a Licensed Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and analysis of commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Design and analyze structural systems for commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to develop efficient and cost-effective structural designs.Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and ensure that construction adheres to design specifications.Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase to address any design-related issues that arise.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Requirements:BSCE from an accredited university.MSCE is preferred.PE, California - required5+ years of experience in the design of commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and materials.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Must be able to pass a criminal background check.Benefits:"‹Competitive salary and benefits package to include:Above average Performance BonusesPTO, 9 ½ paid holidays + 6 sick daysThe week off between Christmas and New YearsMedical insurance - 100% paid premium for the employeeDental, Vision"‹FSA account, Life, AD&D, Long term disability insurance401k + 3% matchInterested candidates are encouraged to apply to this post or email their resume to .
