Pro-Mart Industries, Inc. has been distributing consumer products to major USA retailers for over 50 years, and now growing extensively into Ecommerce.The Position:Our Company is looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on National Sales Manager to manage the sales of our products to mass merchants, clubs and other major retail chains nationwide. Our environment is very fast paced as our category review and product presentation and follow up deadlines are driven and directed by our retailer customers. We have several different product categories all within home storage and organization.Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:Open and develop new and existing accounts to increase sales in new andor existing departments within Mass Merchants, Home Centers, Specialty Markets, Drug, Grocery Chain and ClubsContinuously develop new sales opportunities, create special programsplanogramsManage, maintain, and grow existing key accounts by developing strategies with the Management teamDevelop and execute plans to achieve annual sales targets and goalsManage independent sales representativesAttend major trade showsApply if you have:MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of experience selling to big box retailers in a consumer products industryA demonstrated track record of successful executions of planograms and marketing programsCategory Management and point of purchase plan development experienceThrive in an energized, fast-paced environmentPosition requires some travel domesticallyTotal compensation package is competitive and commensurate with skills and experience.
