Product Demonstration: Deep understanding of the products or services of products andcompany. Be able to explain complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner and contribute to sales presentations, as well as demonstratingproducts benefits, value and completed applications;2. Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements as well as the competition information from the competitors. Engage indiscussions to gather information, analyze the client's projects and requirements, and identify opportunities where company's solutions can add value to win the opportunities;3. Solution Development: Once understand the client's needs, sales engineers work todevelop solutions that align with the client's projects. This may involve collaborating with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address specific challenges. Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for product development and update needs;4. Proposal Creation: Create detailed proposals that outline the proposed solution and itsbenefits. These proposals need to address the technical aspects while also highlighting thebusiness value for the client as well as prepare the documents according to customer requirements which may include specifications, user's manual, disposal proposal, etc.;5. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions,addressing concerns, and helping with any technical issues that arise;6. Technical Agreement Negotiations: Involve in negotiations with clients, addressing anytechnical concerns, clarifying expectations, and ensuring that both parties are aligned on the proposed solution to form final technical agreement;7. Risk Assessment and Problem Solving: Identify the possible issues ahead and providepreventative solutions for the risks. Resolve the technical issues during manufacturing, delivering and commissioning untilsuccessfully hand over to customer. Cooperate with internal development and projectmanagement team if needed;8. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Generate ideas for product and service improvement and innovation based on market trends and customer inputs .Requirements:1. At least 3 years of technical work experience in ESS or PV market;2. Previous work experience as an AE or SE of ESS market is advantageous;3. Previous experience in utility or ESS developer company is advantageous;4. Knowledge of ESS projects development requirements is advantageous;5. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills;6. Language requirement: basically English, Chinese is advantageous.
