In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility to balance work and life while making a tangible impact on business operations.What You'll Do:Implement best practices for Oracle R12 EBS Financials (OTC & PTP), driving process efficiency and optimization.Conduct fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and develop detailed functional specifications.Lead end-to-end system development, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and exceed customer expectations.Ensure compliance with SOX and Information Security standards in financial systems.Troubleshoot application issues and drive automation initiatives for process improvement.Develop and execute test strategies for system updates and enhancements.Present high-quality solutions to stakeholders, addressing challenges and optimizing processes.Who You Are:7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS 12.2.x in financials.Strong background in ERP systems, web applications, and financial services integrations.Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) processes and controls, ideally in a high-tech environment.Ability to work in a complex, integrated systems landscape and solve business challenges.Highly responsive to customer needs with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.Local to Reston, VA, or willing to relocate upon hire.LOCATION: Reside within a reasonable commute to Reston, VA (60 mi)WORK AUTHORIZATION: US CitizenGreen Card holder preferred.
