Job descriptionAbout BoostlyWe're a fast growing early-stage startup providing text marketing & feedback tools to restaurants. Our founders have participated in a $21M exit and been through the Y Combinator S22 batch (YC is the world's top startup accelerator, funding companies such as Reddit, AirBnB, Stripe, Podium, Weave, & DoorDash). Additionally, we are on the heels of a $22M Series A to fuel this next phase of incredible growth! We're looking for a dynamic leader to manage our high performing account executives. This team plays a key role in Boostly's core GTM strategy, with a strong focus on outbound SMB and a mix of inbound leads. Success in this role requires a passion for coaching AEs, a deep understanding of sales enablement best practices, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.Not a remote position. This is an in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office.What will I do?Interview, hire, & train account executivesManage, coach, & develop the AE team.
