9 month contractMUST HAVES: ***W-2 ONLY***3+ years of Project Management experience3+ years of Pharma Marketing experienceAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various projects within our team This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who is eager to enhance their project management skills while working alongside senior leads and cross matrix team members.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Support the development of project plans, schedules, and status reports.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.Help facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate municate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Contribute to best practices for project management of all projects.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree.At least 3 years of minimum experience in project management, operations, or a related role in biopharma space.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent documentation skills and attention to details.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong understanding of project management methodologiesProficiency in MS Office suite, MS Teams, specifically, MS Project.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsCertification in project management is bonus with knowledge of AgileWaterfall methodologies.JOB ID: 81654
