Job Description:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Sales Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in staffing sales along with a strong regional network of relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). As a Staffing Sales Manager, your key responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing client relationships. You will work closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and provide exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with identifying market opportunities and developing strategic sales plans to capitalize on them.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.Build strong relationships with MSPs, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and revenue growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.Collaborate with internal teams to successfully deliver staffing solutions and exceed client expectations.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.Requirements:Proven track record of success in staffing sales, with at least four years of experience in a similar role.Strong network of relationships with Clients, MSPs, and key decision-makers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and best-in-business commission structure.Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
