Business Analyst IV

JustinBradley's client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a Business Analyst IV to support Legal and Regulatory Compliance. The Business Analyst should have experience in compliance testingassessment, tracking data, conducting follow-up, and monitoring. The role will have a focus particularly on the area of Unfair, Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP) compliance.Job responsibilities include:Assisting with UDAP-related projects, including training, stakeholder engagement, and project managementTracking and assessing regulatory alerts applicableConducting follow-ups with applicable business unitsReviewing related policies, procedures, and job aidsEntering, managing, and analyzing dataManaging multiple projectsIdentifying and escalating issues to management promptlySkillsExperience required includedUDAP experience required.Experience conducting assessment activities in compliance, audit, operational risk, or related functionStrong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to facilitate effective enterprise-wide complianceProven ability to complete projects efficiently with high attention to detail and excellent time management skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree required; industry certification (e.g., CCEP, PMP, etc.) preferred5-10 years of experienceNeed strong experience conducting assessment activities in compliance, audit, operational risk, or related functionNeed to have experience with project management, and problem-solving skillsCandidates should have experience in compliance testingassessment, tracking data, conducting follow-up, and monitoring. Technical skills in eGRC platforms, SharePoint, and document management are also desiredAdditional Information:Open to Remote - need someone to work east coast hours.
