Description:Business Development ManagerDirect HireLocation : Hybrid , SFO, CAAs an Business Development Manager you will be a total solution provider and be responsible for:New business prospecting and development; including develop new customers.Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts.Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities;Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category;Consistently move prospective customers through the sales cycle via organized follow up and monthly sales activity;Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business;Promote company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relationsKnowledge of IT or IT Staffing would be a plusThe ideal Business Development Manager will also have:Ability to multi-taskWillingness to make cold callsGreat time management skills and attention to detailGoal orientatedQuick learner and great working attitudeExcellent communication skills and negotiation skills
