Senior Electrical Engineer job duties: · Support electronic hardware systems design activities · Develop and refine electronic system and hardware requirements · Lead technical discussions and reviews with key stakeholders · Perform analysis in support of system verification, validation, and compatibility · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement as part of Agile product development · Track budgets and task completion in support of project management Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor"s degree in electrical engineering; Systems Engineering or related engineering discipline · 5+ years of electrical design or electrical systems experience · Experience with structured requirements documentation systems such as DOORs or Jama · Demonstrated experience with the system requirements development cycle · Experience in aerospace, maritime, or other safety-critical industries · Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required · Active DoD Secret security clearance Desired but not required skills: · Demonstrated experience with Agile for hardware as a developer, SCRUM master, or Product Owner · Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and knowledge management · Experience with Siemens NX or Teamcenter · Experience with MatlabSimulink · Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler · Experience with the design of systems with closed-loop control where performance over a wide range of harsh environmental conditions We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $125,000 to $160,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
