Sales Representative

The Sales Representative should be a self-motivated person who can identify and close new customers. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of relationship with existing customers and will have experience as a Customer Service Representative in the industrial equipment field as well as managing and maintaining existing customer's needs.Location: Ocean City, NJBase salary + commission Responsibilities: Identify and close new service opportunities within a specific territory.Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.Maintain and service existing customer needs in a given territory, establish new business opportunities through canvasing and cold calling, and fulfill the company's internal departmental needs. Responsible to manage and track customers using a variety of internal metrics.This role will interact with Account Managers, Accounting, and internal SalesService Teams.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.1-3 years of outside sales experience.1-3 years of related Industrial sales experience preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT).Experience using CRM's.Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required.
