ICQA Manager

Job Title: Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) ManagerLocation: Whitestown, Indiana, USACore Responsibilities:Inventory Management: implement company inventory strategy, monitor inventory quality and accuracy, provide data feedback to support decision making;Problem solving: identify potential problems with inventory and warehouse systems, analyze root causes and develop improvement plans;Quality Audit: Lead quality audits, document discrepancies and compliance issues, and work with finance, suppliers and other departments to ensure data accuracy;Process Optimization: Evaluate existing warehousing processes and resource allocation, and propose efficiency improvement plans;Team Management: Responsible for team training and capability enhancement to create a positive working atmosphere;Transportation Evaluation: Regularly review the performance of carriers to optimize transportation safety and timeliness.Appointment Requirements:More than 4 years warehouse ICQA management experience, familiar with the whole process of inventory;Bachelor degree or above (operationsupply chain management related majors preferred);Proficient in using Office software and Warehouse Management System (WMS);Strong sense of responsibility, adapt to flexible work schedule (including weekendholiday emergency response).
