Whether it's building new senior living facilities, designing innovative healthcare spaces, or creating inspiring educational environments, you'll be a part of something meaningful and rewarding.What You'll Do:Lead & Inspire: Take charge of day-to-day operations, overseeing construction projects and ensuring they meet both high-quality standards and deadlines.Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to keep projects running smoothly.Coordinate & Organize: Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure materials are delivered on time to keep projects on track.Ensure Excellence: Uphold the reputation for quality by regularly inspecting work to ensure it meets top-tier standards.Ensure Safety: Promote a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and standards.Manage Budgets: Keep a close eye on costs, ensuring projects stay within budget while maintaining quality and efficiency.Client Development: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing them with regular updates and addressing any concerns proactively.Problem-Solve: When challenges arise, you'll be the go-to person to find creative solutions and keep the project moving forward.What We're Looking For:Experience: You bring 2+ years of construction experience at a Superintendent level and have a solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and techniques.Leadership: You have strong leadership and team coordination abilities - you know how to motivate a team, delegate tasks, and keep everyone on munication Skills: You excel at communicating, both with your team and with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding at every step.Problem-Solver: You're a natural at thinking on your feet and coming up with practical solutions when issues arise on-site.What's in It for You:$85k-$120k salary depending on experience 10-15% bonus Company truck & gas card401k with a 3% matchBy joining this company, you'll become part of a team that truly cares about the work they do and the people they work with.
