Client Services Specialist

As a Client Services Specialist at KBC, you will be responsible for project management and transaction support for our Columbus, Ohio brokerage team. We're looking for motivated, organized individuals with experience assisting brokerage teams in creating strategic plans and deliverables for transactions in the market. We value what makes each of us unique and use it to drive our innovative approach to commercial real estate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and track transaction deliverables including project tracking, developing and editing marketing collateral, and creating campaign calendars and strategies.Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and onlineemail campaigns by partnering with the KBC marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging.Manage property listing phase including site signage coordination, adding listing to various databases, coordinating site photos, etc.Abstract leases and write proposals with direction from brokers through thoughtful communication and ensuring consistency in tone and content.Regularly create and distribute property listing information, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to clienttenantcompany projects (tours, open houses, etc).Maintain property listing websites.Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets.Maintain market data, partnering with local Market Research and Data teams for best practices.Maintain KBC marketing and deliverable template library. Preferred Qualifications:Education and ExperienceA bachelor's degree from a college or university, preferably in Business or Marketing (or similar field) is required.3+ years prior experience, preferably in commercial real estate marketing or client services. Required Skills:Knowledge of industrial real estate and a high capacity for independent decision-making and initiative.Strong organization and interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills:Experience with Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and InDesign required.Proficient experienceskills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, and property database systems required.
