Medical Affairs Operations RepDuration - 18 Months, Contract, W-2Location - Onsite in Irvine, CAPay - $30.74hr Job Responsibilities:* Expenses Reporting SubmissionAuditing (25%): trained ready to assist with this once monthly tasks for US Proctor Program and Physician Training ad-hoc needs.* Document Processing & AI Integration (20%): Uploads physician trainingproctored sign-off documents into SharePoint, organizes files for AI-driven optical character recognition (OCR), and ensures the system processes data accurately.* Data Verification & Quality Control (20%): Reviews AI-extracted information, verifies accuracy, and corrects discrepancies to maintain data integrity.* Training Records Auditing (20%): Conducts audits of historical training records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established documentation standards.* HCP Intelligence-BioCards Maintenance (10%): Supports maintaining HCP Bio Cards using LINK Key People MedTech subscription tool.* Other various projects (5%): may include project management responsibilities and contributing to strategic initiatives within the Medical Affairs department. Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics* 2+ years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a similar role* Strong administrative skills with Excel, expense reporting and supporting multiple projects* Strict attention to details on HCP Expense reporting (SAP Concur - preferred)* MS Project, AI, analytics or workflow automation experience* Experience with or other project management tools* Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask* Works on multiple projects as a project team memberAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
