This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and has a keen ability to anticipate the needs of an executive leader.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate a complex calendar, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and arrange travel, ensuring all details are meticulously munication Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internalexternal stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through on key priorities.Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in administrative operations and workflow management.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate, nonprofit, or government-related environment.Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools, and virtual communication platforms.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, proactively address challenges, and adapt to changing munication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and dependence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.Professionalism: A poised, diplomatic, and highly trustworthy professional who can navigate high-level interactions with ease.About the Organization (Confidential)This organization is a leader in sales, marketing, and business growth, dedicated to driving meaningful impact in its region.
