As you step into this position you will become a leading member of a tightly-knit group within an expanding department. Reporting to Director of Estimating, you will be tasked with leading Hard Bid, CMGC, CMAR, and Design-Build projects as well as mentor other members of staff. You will also receive dedicated training and have the opportunity for future career progression within the business.Candidate Skills, Experience, and BackgroundMust have experience working with Municipal andor Government clients such as CitiesTownsCountiesMunicipalities, Federal entities such as DOT, DoD, DoJ, DoC, USACE etc. Must have experience in leading bids for CMGC, CMAR, Design-Build or similar contractproject types. Must have experience with Bid2Win (B2W), HCSS or AGTEK software. Must have relevant projectscope experience i.e. Lift Stations, Underground Vaults, Valve Vaults, Deep Excavation Pipe Installation, Excavation and Subsurface UtilityPiping Installation, StormSanitary WaterUnderground Piping, MEP etc. Must be able and willing to support the Director of Estimating as a leadersenior member of the team - i.e. being trusted to make the correct technicalcommercial decision if they are unavailable; being able and willing to mentor other members of the team when necessary. Conceptual Estimating experience desirable but not essential.This Role would suit the following individual:An Estimator with demonstrable experience who is ready and looking for the opportunity to step into a leadership role.
