You will provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of the litigation process, from initial case assessment to trial preparation and post-trial activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective handling of cases, contributing to the success of the new location.Key Responsibilities:Case Development Dynamo: Conduct pre-claim investigations, perform legal research, and assist in initial case assessments to lay the groundwork for successful litigation.Document Drafting Virtuoso: Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents with precision and attention to detail.Discovery Specialist: Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including organizing documents, coordinating responses, and maintaining discovery indexes.Trial Preparation Pro: Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs, and assist attorneys in preparing for trial by coordinating logistics and managing case files.Client and Team Liaison: Serve as a vital link between trial teams, clients, and external parties, ensuring clear communication and coordination.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably within esteemed law firms or corporate legal departments.Skill Set: Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and superior communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with legal research tools, case management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Local Insight: Knowledge of local legal landscape and business community is advantageous.Why Join Us?
