Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in Covington, TN. The work will be done onsite. This is a permanent job. Compensation is up to $70hr, including full benefits.The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in ice cream manufacturing, packaging, and capital project execution within a factory environment. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in CapEx management, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead facility improvements and capital planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.Oversee process improvement projects in ice cream manufacturing and packaging areas to optimize performance and cost savings.Ensure safety protocols are implemented and adhered to throughout project execution.Conduct meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify and document business needs.Develop and define the technical scope, resource requirements, and implementation strategies for all identified subprojects.Prepare detailed CapEx project proposals, including objectives, budget, timelines, regulatory requirements, and contract management.Create and maintain a master project plan incorporating User Requirement Specifications (URS) and site team inputs.Develop RFP scopes and deliverables for both onshore and offshore engineering resources.Plan and manage project activities, risk assessment, and documentation requirements.Collaborate with site and global leadership teams to align project metrics with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, sustainability, and capital-related expenses.Track and manage project risks, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented.Lead permitting, contractor management, and vendor coordination for smooth project execution.Provide high-level leadership and autonomy in driving cross-functional project initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:Strong CapEx management experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.Expertise in GMP and manufacturing quality standards.Hands-on experience with process, filling, and packing equipment.Medium to high design proficiency, including layouts, process flow diagrams, and automation -depth understanding of compliance requirements, industry codes, and standards.Proven track record in vendor and engineering consultant coordination.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in permitting processes and contractor management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field).Extensive experience in industrial manufacturing project management, preferably in the food processing industry.
