SAP/S4 HANA Brim Development Lead

Location: Harrisburg, PAPosition Type: HybridContract Length: 4 months, extension likelyPosition OverviewThis position will serve as the Functional and Business Process Lead for the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation, ensuring a fully functional and reliable BRIM application integrated with SAP S4HANA Finance. The role involves collaborating with the System Integrator (SI) to align the solution with the client's requirements, validating functional integrations, and acting as the BRIM subject matter expert to support project success.DutiesStudy and understand the client's current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the project and the client's other technologies to assure the needs of the project are met and including following the standards and policiesAct as the BRIM subject matter expert and represent the client in meetings and workshops and works with the SI teamAct as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to leadership with enough details for the leadership to decide on how to proceedDevelops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologiesDevelops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clientsLeads, and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systemDevelops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clientsReviews SI's documentation and advises the Program Manager on acceptance of the documentationPerforms hands-on testing as part of the SI's solution and provide their opinion to the IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets needs and desires and if it doesn't, provide documentation needed to rectify any issues with the SAssists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvementFollows the tasks and other duties assigned by the IT Program ManagerRequired Skill5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S4 HANA landscapeBachelor's degree in business management or information systems. Equivalent combination of education andor experience may be acceptedProficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ProjectPreferred SkillImplementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back officeServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modulesEnterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projectsITIL ITSM practices and methodologiesAbility to work independently and utilize various softwaretechnology to accomplish the tasks and duties assigneded
