With 15 commercial offices and 15 production facilities across 12 countries, they are the largest supplier in the cosmetic industry and a key player in R&D and production of beauty products globally.PositionOversee all quality measurement, product inspection, and in-process testing. Ensure QC personnel perform inspections accurately per quality documentation. Allocate resources to maintain order schedules. Responsible for staff training, discipline, and morale. Reports to the VP of QualityReporting.Essential Functions:Product Inspection & Release: Test materials and final products for compliance.Product Disposition: Approvereject batches and manage product holds.DocumentationSamples: Convert product specs to production documentation and issue finished product documentation to clients.Production Monitoring: Ensure operations conform to specifications.Staff Management: Manage QC schedules, allocate personnel, evaluate performance, and maintain staff discipline and morale.DepartmentReporting Relationships: Reports to Director of Quality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.5+ years in Quality Management, QA, or QC.Experience in the cosmetic industry.Familiarity with GMP and GLP in an FDA-regulated environment.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage and develop staff.Collaborative and proactive.Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.Job Benefits:Comprehensive health insurance.401(k) with company matching.Life insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Performance pany events and EAPs.
